I was told I had to wait another 24 hours to contact @Breezeline again before requesting a technician to come out and get me connected to the internet. Even after I told them I work from home and depend on it. Great customer service. /sarcasm

After a week of no Internet, broken promises of managers calling & horrible customer service @breezeline came & fixed our line. They don't know we switching to @GetSpectrum Monday. Just wanted them to do their 🤬job.

Well our Internet miraculously reappeared sometime today. No notification of outage, no notification of restoration, no reply back. I run several Airbnb rooms and my guests rely on your services to work remotely. @breezeline you definitely lost several customers after this one.

@JulieStandrews @breezeline Post a link to the Reddit page! I never thought to check there. I couldn't believe when I wasted half my evening on hold over an hour and a half only to be told they were aware of the outage. Definitely going back to Spectrum whose service is super reliable.

@TheRandallMoore @breezeline AT&T is bringing fiber into this area. When I switch I am calling my bank to cancel auto payments because I don’t trust your customer service to actually do it.

Breezeline (BL) took over WOW! in Columbus. On May 9th, they will stop forwarding email from WOW! to BL. I have never used my BL email and never will. I'm wondering how much spam I will still get in that account. More than likely, I will never know.

Hate @breezeline so much now, give this TiVo and I hate it trying figure it out. Just want to turn on TV and watch TV and stuff recorded easy, plus can’t watch TV my bedroom now either. Keep screwing me over since buying WOW! Breezeline Sucks!!!!!!
