Arby's, a popular fast-food chain known for its roast beef, has recently opened a new location in Winter Garden. Despite the long queues both inside and at the Drive-Thru, the service provided by the staff was efficient and friendly. The food quality remains consistent with what one would expect from Arby's. However, navigating through the complex traffic flow at Winter Garden Village can be quite challenging when entering or exiting the restaurant.

THEY WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING:I was provided with a free vomit session instead of a fully cooked meal after work.If you don’t get salmonella from this Arby’s I guess it’s because the kitchen staff didn’t choose to risk your health with anti food safety measures, LIKE NOT COOKING IT IN FULL AND PUTTING RAW CHICKEN ON A SANDWICH. Then drowning it in sauce so the unsuspecting victim can die of a foodborne illness. Shut this place down!
I would like to thank the employees at this Arby’s for always being so polite and friendly! Not once have I had a bad or even sub par experience here. Food is always hot and fresh. The young man in the drive through tonight was also just as kind and friendly as the ladies that work here. You have some wonderful people working here from what I can tell.

Came through the drive through at 11:30 PM(January 13th, 2022) and the order taker/cashier was very friendly. I received cold fries with my order (which makes no sense since this location is not that busy so everything should be made to order/fresh). Gentlemen who brought out the fires said “Here you go” and started walking away. Did not say sorry for the inconvenience or offer to take back the cold fries to throw away (and I understand taking back food is one of those things but I’m not eating them and it’s the least you could do, and you can wash your hands after handling the food) Most likely won’t be coming back.
Delicious! Very smooth for the first day open. Employees were friendly and the food was great. Key was working very hard keeping the restaurant clean. My kids love the milkshakes. Hope this location does well.
